Your purchases
You can at anytime check the status of your Purchases and Payments in "My Account" including :
1. Overview of your account
2. Details of your purchases

You can see the details amount of your account including:
your validated rebates
your pending rebates
the total of your ambassador benefits
the total of your team balance.

Each of these items can be either validated (PLANET REBATES has received the confirmation from the merchant) or pending (PLANET REBATES has not yet received the merchant confirmation).
Each time you shop online with one of our merchants, the purchase and the associated rebate are listed in the table.
For each purchase you can find in the "purchases details table" the name of the merchant, date of the purchase, amount paid, and rebate earned.
Each rebate associated with a purchase has a status which is indicated in the "purchases details table".

Meaning of various purchase statuses

| Pending: PLANET REBATES has not yet received the confirmation from the merchant indicating that your order has been completed (payment received, shipping confirmation, no return of items). | |
| Declined: The shop has disqualified you from receiving your rebate. Reasons for this could include: order cancellation, return of products, or that you did not follow the specified process required by PLANET REBATES to purchase online. |

| Incomplete: PLANET REBATES does not have any trace of your visit to PLANET REBATES before ordering from the online merchant. Most likely, you DID put your PLANET REBATES email address on your order form but you DID NOT visit the PLANET REBATES website before shopping. |

| Payment requested, currently processed by our customer service. | |
| Paid. Your payment has been processed for this purchase. | |
You can request your payment when your total amount of rebates is greater than.
Once your total of rebates collected is greater than your threshold, the following icon will be displayed.

Your payment can be sent using 3 different ways :

A cheque sent to your personal postal address. Please notice that it is the slowest way to receive money, PLANET REBATES cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery which depends on the Postal service only.

Bank Transfer, you will then specify your bank account IBAN number when you request your payment so that the transaction can be processed. Please note your IBAN information is not stored in our system for security reasons.
