27. Do my rebate credits expire? There is no time limit on the accumulation of rebate credit. You can decide to receive your rebate as soon as you reach the £15 minimum, or you can allow your rebates to accumulate for as long as you like.
28. If I make purchases in another country, is there still a minimum balance needed in order to receive my rebates? Yes. The minimum balance remains the same. PLANET REBATES is a global seamless network for all its members, thus you will still need at least £15 in order to receive rebate payments in your original currency.
29. How can I receive my rebate money? You can receive your cash back by check, bank transfer, paypal or credit onto your credit card.
30. How to find out the status of my orders? You must log in to access to your personal account information and to see the details of your orders.

To be able to receive your rebates, you need to have £15 on your account linked to your own direct orders through PLANET REBATES.
34. What happens if I stop using PLANET REBATES before reaching the minimum rebate balance of £15? You will not be able to receive the rebates.
35. How is the total amount of my rebate calculated if I shop in a country which has a different currency than the country I am living in? If you have made a purchase outside of your home country, you might have bought items in another currency.
36. Why do I have to provide my personal address? Your personal address is required if you want to receive your rebates by check.
37. Can I update my personal information without restriction? The protection of your personal data is our highest concerns. As a result, you can have complete access to your personal data by simply going to "MyProfile" in "My Account".

46. Can my teammates see what I bought? Your privacy is one of our main concerns. None of your teammates will be able to see what your purchases are or from which merchant you made your purchase.
47. How much will I earn with my teams’ purchases? Each time a team-member makes a purchase online, an additional team rebate will be credited to the team account.
48. Why is my team rebate total equal to 0? You have not purchased the minimum amount required for the quarter.
49. Can I quit a team? Yes, but be aware that you will lose the rebates that you have accumulated with that team.
50. Why is my Team rebate still not credited to my account? Your rebate might not yet be confirmed, as some of our partners may take up to 60 days to validate your purchases.
51. Is there a maximum number of members allowed for a team? No, there is no maximum. You can invite as many people as you want. The more members on your team, the more rebates you will receive!
52. Is there a minimum number of members required for a team? Yes. There needs to be at least 5 members in order to activate your team
53. How is split the team account among its members ? Each trimester , the total amount rebate balance of the team is shared among divided equally among the members of the team who have spent more than £50 excluding VAT and shipping.
54. How are the rebates calculated for teams? Each time you purchase from one of our partners, you will get an individual rebate and an additional rebate will be credited to the team account.
