2. Is PLANET REBATES just another loyalty program where I will get points for each purchase? No. PLANET REBATES provides you with cash back for each of your purchases done online through us! You will not receive points or miles that need to be redeemed.
3. To whom am I paying when I shop online? PLANET REBATES is just the intermediary that allows you to receive the rebates. The online shopping process is not altered in any way, as you will still pay for your orders directly to the online merchant.
4. How much am I going to be able to save thanks to PLANET REBATES? The total amount of rebates that you will get depends solely on how much you spend online and on what items you buy.
5. How long will it take for my rebate confirmed on my account? Your rebate is noted on your account within 5 business days of your purchase. It is then considered as "to be confirmed" by the shop.
6. What happens if there is a dispute with one of online merchants used by PLANET REBATES? PLANET REBATES just acts as an intermediary service that provides its members with the best possible rebates and offers when you shop online.
7. Can anyone register for PLANET REBATES? Yes. Registration is totally free and open to everyone: individuals, associations, companies etc. As long as you want to save money and increase your purchasing power, PLANET REBATES welcomes you!
8. Can I make purchases in any country where PLANET REBATES is present? Yes. PLANET REBATES is a worldwide rebate network.You can easily shop from any country where PLANET REBATES is present.

20. Why do I need to use my login@planet-rebates.co.uk email address when I shop online? Your login@planet-rebates.co.uk email address is required so that you can be identified by the online shop as a PLANET REBATES member.
21. Can I use my login@planet-rebates.co.uk email address for purposes other than shopping with PLANET REBATES? No. Your login@planet-rebates.co.uk email address is meant to be used only for the online purchases that you want to receive cash back and is not intended for the use of sending and receiving personal emails. There is no email account linked to this address, its purpose is to be used to track your order and rebate activity on our website.
22. What happens if I use my login@planet-rebates.co.uk email address but do not go through the PLANET REBATES website before shopping? To receive your cashback and rebates you need to follow ALL the following steps in this order:
23. How can I benefit from PLANET REBATES if I am already a customer of the same online merchants? You will need to update the personal information on your account on each online merchant and replace your previous email address with your PLANET REBATES email address (login@planet-rebates.co.uk).
24. Can I still benefit from sales, promotions and coupons provided directly by online merchants? The rebates provided by PLANET REBATES can be used in association with any sales, promotions or coupons of the online merchant.
25. Are the rebates available on all products? The rebates provided by PLANET REBATES are available for the products sold by our partners. There might be some exceptions or categories of products where rebates are not valid.

26. How can I update my personal information? 26. How can I update my personal information? Click on “My profile” in “My Account” when you are logged in.
27. Do my rebate credits expire? There is no time limit on the accumulation of rebate credit. You can decide to receive your rebate as soon as you reach the £15 minimum, or you can allow your rebates to accumulate for as long as you like.
28. If I make purchases in another country, is there still a minimum balance needed in order to receive my rebates? Yes. The minimum balance remains the same. PLANET REBATES is a global seamless network for all its members, thus you will still need at least £15 in order to receive rebate payments in your original currency.
29. How can I receive my rebate money? You can receive your cash back by check, bank transfer, paypal or credit onto your credit card.
30. How to find out the status of my orders? You must log in to access to your personal account information and to see the details of your orders.
31. What do the different status notifications mean on my orders? After purchasing online, you order can have the following status notifications:
32. When can I receive my money? You will receive your money each time your PLANET REBATES account accumulates £15 in rebates from your own purchases.
33. My account has more than £15 in rebate credit, but I still can’t get my money. Why? Your rebate total is greater than £15 most likely due to ambassador benefits (see Ambassador program). To be able to receive your rebates, you need to have £15 on your account linked to your own direct orders through PLANET REBATES.
34. What happens if I stop using PLANET REBATES before reaching the minimum rebate balance of £15? You will not be able to receive the rebates.
35. How is the total amount of my rebate calculated if I shop in a country which has a different currency than the country I am living in? If you have made a purchase outside of your home country, you might have bought items in another currency.
36. Why do I have to provide my personal address? Your personal address is required if you want to receive your rebates by check.
37. Can I update my personal information without restriction? The protection of your personal data is our highest concerns. As a result, you can have complete access to your personal data by simply going to "MyProfile" in "My Account".
38. Can I change my password whenever I want? Yes. You can change your password and update your profile by clicking on "MyAccount".
39. Can I use the money earned with PLANET REBATES to shop directly online? PLANET REBATES is not an online wallet. You will receive your money on your bank account directly and you will be free to use it as you wish.
40. What kind of information am I going to receive from PLANET REBATES? During the registration process, you can choose to receive the PLANET REBATES newsletter in order to benefit from exclusive offers from our partners.

41. What is a PLANET REBATES team? 41. What is a PLANET REBATES team? You can create a team with other members of PLANET REBATES (relatives, friends etc.) in order to get additional rebates.
42. How do I join a team? You have to log in and go to My Account / My Team. You will be able to see available open teams and apply for membership.
43. How do I know that I belong to a team? You can check your team membership status in My Account / My Team
44. Do I need a different login for my team? No. You can log in directly with your normal PLANET REBATES login
45. Can I belong to several teams? No, you can only belong to one team.
46. Can my teammates see what I bought? Your privacy is one of our main concerns. None of your teammates will be able to see what your purchases are or from which merchant you made your purchase.
47. How much will I earn with my teams’ purchases? Each time a team-member makes a purchase online, an additional team rebate will be credited to the team account.
48. Why is my team rebate total equal to 0? You have not purchased the minimum amount required for the quarter.
49. Can I quit a team? Yes, but be aware that you will lose the rebates that you have accumulated with that team.
50. Why is my Team rebate still not credited to my account? Your rebate might not yet be confirmed, as some of our partners may take up to 60 days to validate your purchases.
51. Is there a maximum number of members allowed for a team? No, there is no maximum. You can invite as many people as you want. The more members on your team, the more rebates you will receive!
52. Is there a minimum number of members required for a team? Yes. There needs to be at least 5 members in order to activate your team
53. How is split the team account among its members ? Each trimester , the total amount rebate balance of the team is shared among divided equally among the members of the team who have spent more than £50 excluding VAT and shipping.
54. How are the rebates calculated for teams? Each time you purchase from one of our partners, you will get an individual rebate and an additional rebate will be credited to the team account.
55. What benefits will I get by being a member of a team? You will get additional rebates that are shared among the team members.
56. How can I see the amount available on the team account? You can check your team amount in My Account / My Purchases.
